I have updated my email address/mobile number with Singpass. Why are my Singpass contact details not updated with CPF Board?

Updates to your Singpass mobile number and email address will not be automatically updated with the Board.
You can update your mobile number and/or email address via my cpf digital services – Account settings with your Singpass. An SMS or email One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your new mobile or email address for verification before the changes can be submitted.
Please note that any changes to your contact details will be subject to a 12-hour cooling period and you may be subject to enhanced authentication measures to verify your identity.
