Notifications will be sent to you whenever you make a transaction. Also, we may contact you to perform further verification checks on your transactions for added security. Hence, it is important to check and keep your contact details updated.

 

You can update your mobile number and/or email address via my cpf digital services - Account settings with your Singpass. Please note that any changes to your contact details will be subject to a 12-hour cooling period and you may be subject to enhanced authentication measures to verify your identity. If you are an employer, you should inform CPF Board of any changes to your principal place of business or contact details.
