Can I transfer my share in the property to my ex-spouse?
Yes, you can do so if the Courts decide to make such an order. The amount of CPF refunds, who is required to make those refunds and at what point in time the refunds need to be made will depend on whether the court order provides for full, partial or no CPF refunds to your CPF account upon transfer of your share in the property to your ex-spouse.
