Can the courts order the sale (as opposed to a transfer (other than by way of sale)) of my share of the matrimonial property to my ex-spouse without any CPF refund?
Upon the sale of your share of the matrimonial property to your ex-spouse, the required CPF refund has to be first returned to your CPF account. The Court can then order the transfer or payment of the refunded CPF savings from your CPF account to your ex-spouse’s CPF account or to you in cash if it so decides.
