What do I need to do to receive payment under a charging order?
You will first need to submit the court order for the division of CPF assets via the online service "Submit Court Order for Division of CPF Assets". We will write to you and your ex-spouse once we have reviewed the court order.
When your ex-spouse is entitled to withdraw their CPF savings, we will write to you to inform you of the withdrawal procedure.
Once we receive your withdrawal application and the necessary documents, we will process the application and the monies will be paid to you within 10 working days through Inter-Bank GIRO and 15 working days via Telegraphic Transfer.
