What are your obligations after the court order is granted, before and following the transfer or payment of CPF savings to your ex-spouse in a divorce?

Updated by CPF
You are obliged to comply with the court order and shall not withdraw or transfer or attempt to withdraw or transfer any amount that your ex-spouse is entitled to under the court order.

In the event of a transfer or payment of CPF savings upon the making of housing refunds pursuant to a disposal of the property, loans or grants taken by you which are repayable or refundable to the Government must be repaid or refunded first before the transfer or payment of CPF savings can take place. Grants include housing grants from the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).

Keep in mind that transferring or paying CPF savings to your ex-spouse might impact your participation in CPF schemes. If necessary, consider making alternative financial arrangements.
