Is my ex-spouse entitled to have a share of my CPF savings upon our divorce?

While CPF savings may be considered as matrimonial assets and a share may be given to your ex-spouse, there is nothing in the laws that give your ex-spouse an automatic entitlement. It is up to the Court to decide whether your ex-spouse is entitled to any part of your CPF savings, taking into account the matters set out in section 112 of the Women's Charter / section 52(3)(d) of the Administration of Muslim Law Act. For more information, please visit the Family Justice Courts’ website or Syariah Court’s website.
