How long will CPF Board take to give effect to the court order?
Upon receipt of your court order, the Board will generally take two to three weeks to give effect to the court order. As court orders differ in complexity, the CPF Board will need to review the relevant orders and will keep the lawyers and parties informed on the progress of the matter.
We will send our replies to you and your ex-spouse via your registered email addresses or Mailbox. An SMS notification will be sent to the registered mobile number when a reply is available in Mailbox. Replies to law firms and the Legal Aid Bureau will be sent to their registered email addresses.
