How long will CPF Board take to give effect to the court order?
Upon receipt of your court order, the Board will generally take two to three weeks to give effect to the court order. As court orders differ in complexity, the CPF Board will need to review the relevant orders and will keep the lawyers and parties informed on the progress of the matter.
We will upload the replies to you and your ex-spouse via your registered email address in our record or Mailbox for members. An SMS will be sent to the Mailbox recipient's mobile number in our record. For law firms and the Legal Aid Bureau, we will reply via their registered email address.
