If I do not need to submit my court order, does my conveyancing lawyer need to submit any documents to CPF Board?

Yes, your conveyancing lawyer will need to submit the relevant applications at our Housing Business Partner Portal, even if full refunds are to be made to the outgoing owner’s CPF account based on your court order.

If you own an HDB flat, please confirm your eligibility with HDB before proceeding with the housing transaction.
