Why do I get error messages when I submit my court order?

If you experience any error messages when you submit your court order, please check that your attachment meets the following conditions:
 
  1. The attachment is in pdf format only.
  2. Attachment size is 5MB or less.
  3. No special characters in the name of the attachment.
If you still encounter issue in your submission, please try again later and if the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the error message via Write to us.
