Whose CPF savings can I use under the CPF Education Loan Scheme?
You and/or the student can apply for this loan scheme if you meet the following conditions:

In approved cases where a relative's CPF savings is used, up to:
- 10% of tuition fees may be paid, if the student is studying at a university
- 25% of tuition fees may be paid, if the student is studying at a polytechnic or pursuing an approved Technical Engineer Diploma (TED) or a Technical Diploma at an Institute of Technical Education
