I have not made a nomination before. How do I make a nomination for my Dependants' Protection Scheme?

If you are at least 18 years old and wish to have the death claim benefits paid to specific person/organization i.e. beneficiary(s), you are advised to make a nomination by submitting the Dependants' Protection Scheme (DPS) nomination form (available on Great Eastern Life’s website) to the insurer. Should you wish to amend your nomination thereafter, you can do so by submitting a new nomination.
 
Reminder:
DPS claim benefits do not form part of CPF proceeds and will not be distributed based on your CPF Nomination.
