The service standards for processing of a deceased member’s CPF savings are shown in the table below:

Deceased member’s nomination status	Service	Normal processing time
With nomination	Distribution of deceased member's CPF savings to nominee(s)	17 working days*
Without nomination	Transfer of CPF savings by the Board to the Public Trustee	17 working days**

* Generally, an additional seven working days is required if the deceased member had held discounted Singtel shares. Processing time also excludes two working days required for transmission of funds.

** From the date the Board is notified of member’s death.
