You can report the death of a foreigner who was a CPF member by post or by making an appointment to visit our CPF Service Centre, with the following documents:

  1.  The deceased member’s original death certificate and current passport duly cancelled due to his passing, or a copy certified by an official from a Singapore Overseas Mission with their official seal/stamp
  2.  A letter from the relevant authority confirming the deceased member’s identity number, if the death certificate does not show it
  3.  Evidence of your relationship with the deceased member
  4.  Your identity card or passport, and contact details
