How do I report the death of a foreigner who was a CPF member?
You can report the death of a foreigner who was a CPF member by making an appointment to visit our CPF Service Centre, with the following documents:
- Deceased member’s original death certificate and current passport duly cancelled due to his passing
- Letter from an official authority showing the deceased member’s identity number, (if not shown on death certificate)
- Evidence of your relationship with the deceased member
- Your identity card or passport, and contact details
Alternatively, you can submit the documents above via post. If you are posting the documents overseas, please make sure that the copies are certified by an official from a Singapore Overseas Mission with their official seal/stamp.
