What interest rates will be paid on the monies for Special Needs Savings Scheme nominees?
The nominated monies will continue to earn the same CPF interest, including extra interest, in the SNSS nominee’s account, as the rate earned by CPF members.
Extra interest is paid on the first $60,000 of the combined balance of the parent(s) who nominated the child under SNSS and the child’s own CPF savings, with up to $20,000 from the child’s Ordinary Account.
Please refer to CPF interest rates for more information on the CPF interest rates.
