Can I make or revoke a CPF nomination on someone's behalf?

A CPF nomination must be made or revoked by the CPF member personally.

However, if a CPF member lacks capacity under Section 4 of the Mental Capacity Act ("MCA"), only the Courts are allowed to make or revoke a CPF nomination on behalf of the member.

An interested party can apply to the Court to do so, and the court would decide in the interest of the member who is lacking capacity, whether to accept the application to make or revoke a CPF nomination on his behalf.
