Can I instruct CPF Board to disallow my nominees or family members from accessing my CPF account information, upon my demise?

Updated by CPF
No. Allowing your nominees and family members to access your CPF account information make it easier for them to reconcile your CPF account information and settle any post-demise matters relating to your CPF account.

This practice is also aligned with industry standards on matters such as for estate distribution under wills and distribution of assets by the Public Trustee’s Office, where details of the distribution can be provided to all beneficiaries.

Please be assured that your CPF information remains confidential while you are alive. Your nominees and family members who are eligible beneficiaries under intestacy laws can only access your CPF account information after you have passed away.
