I have appointed authorised person (AP) in my nomination to access my CPF account information upon my demise, but I can no longer see the appointed AP under my nomination dashboard. Do I need to make a new nomination to appoint AP again?
From 1 February 2024, nominees and eligible family members under intestacy laws will be able to access your CPF account information after your passing.
This change brings greater convenience to members and makes it easier for their loved ones to settle matters relating to the deceased member’s CPF accounts.
Your appointed authorised persons will still be able to access your CPF account information upon your demise if they are your nominees or eligible family member. Else, your information will not be disclosed to them.
This information is sourced from CPF.
