Your parent can view his/her CPF nomination details online with his/her Singpass. 
 
If the details (i.e. nominee and nominee share) of the nomination cannot be viewed online, this would mean that the CPF nomination was made more than 30 years ago.

 

Instead of retrieving the nomination details, which may be outdated as it was made some time back, CPF members should make a new nomination. This is because bequeath intentions may have since changed. The particulars or contact information of the nominees may also be outdated. It is recommended for CPF members to review their nominations annually and make a new nomination (if necessary) to update it. 

 

Making a new nomination allows CPF members to update their latest bequest intentions so that their CPF savings can be distributed in accordance with their latest circumstances. Providing the Board with the nominee’s latest particulars and contact information will enable the Board to identify them easily and contact them promptly to claim the CPF savings upon the member’s demise.
