Is there a deadline for me to witness an online nomination?

Yes, you have seven calendar days from the time you receive the SMS/email notification request to complete the witnessing.
 
If you cannot complete the witnessing in time, please inform the CPF member, as the nomination application will expire and the CPF member will need to submit a new application.
