Yes, you can do so provided you are conscious and must not lack mental capacity when making the nomination.

 

You can consider appointing a doctor to be one of your witnesses in your nomination. You can request your doctor to write a memo stating that you have the mental capacity to make a CPF nomination and submit it to us.
