Can I indicate my nominee's share of my CPF savings as a fixed amount instead of a percentage?

No. In the event that your CPF savings are insufficient to meet this fixed amount you had specified in your nomination, we will not be able to distribute your CPF savings according to your wishes.
 
Indicating nominee(s)’ entitlement as a percentage of your CPF savings will allow us to distribute your CPF savings to your nominee(s) according to your wishes, regardless of changes to your CPF balances. The total entitlement for all nominees must sum up to 100%.
