Can a blind person make a CPF nomination?

Updated by CPF
A blind person can make a CPF nomination if he wants his CPF savings to be distributed according to his wishes.

If he chooses not to make a CPF nomination, his CPF savings will be transferred to the Public Trustee's Office (PTO) for distribution to his family members under the Intestate Succession Act or the Inheritance Certificate (for Muslims). This ensures that the welfare of his dependants is provided for.
