Yes, you can make an online nomination and appoint them as your witnesses as long as they meet the criteria to be a witness and have a valid Singpass.

 

Once you have decided on your witnesses, you should contact them and inform them of your intention to make a nomination. You should request that they confirm this when asked to do so by CPF Board.
