If my nominee is a bankrupt, can he still claim my CPF savings?

If any of your nominee is an undischarged bankrupt on and from the date of your death, the nominated monies vest in your nominee’s trustee in bankruptcy for the benefit of your nominee’s creditors. Hence, CPF Board will have to notify the Official Assignee, who maintains the Bankruptcy Estate Account on behalf of all trustees, of these assets.
