Why was the payment for my Integrated Shield Plan (IP) / MediShield Life (MSL) unsuccessful even though there are sufficient funds in my MediSave Account (MA)?

The funds in your MediSave Account (MA) may be reserved for other healthcare payments, such as ElderShield/CareShield Life premiums, hospitalisation bills, or premium payments for your dependents’ healthcare policies. These may have resulted in insufficient funds in your MA to pay for your Integrated Shield Plan / MediShield Life.
