You can log in to your Healthcare dashboard to view your or your dependant(s)’s CareShield Life/ElderShield and MediShield Life coverage and premium information under the “Long-term care insurance” and “Health insurance” section respectively.

Paying your premiums
Premiums are fully payable by MediSave. If you do not have sufficient MediSave, you can pay the premiums by:

1) Asking a family member to perform a Change Payer request to take over the premium payment using his/her MediSave.

2) Performing a voluntary top-up to your MediSave Account via the Top up MediSave Account online form.

MediSave top-ups are generally credited within three working days and will be automatically deducted for premium payment(s). You may view the MediSave top-up(s) and premium deduction(s) in your Transaction history.

As MediSave top-ups could be deducted for healthcare premiums and medical expenses based on when deductions are due, please ensure that you have sufficient MediSave for all payments.

3) Setting up GIRO arrangement to pay your renewal premiums annually. Any outstanding premiums from previous policy years will be paid by monthly instalments.

More payment options are available in the link below:
