You should make payment for your MediShield Life premiums before the deadline. If you face difficulties in paying your outstanding premiums, you may apply for Additional Premium Support (APS). APS helps members who cannot pay their MediShield Life premiums after Government subsidies and have limited family support.

Alternatively, you can:

 

1. Apply for a "Apply / Change GIRO for Payment of MediShield Life Premiums" to pay your outstanding premiums by instalments; or

 

2. Seek a family member's help to perform "Change Payer for MediShield Life" to pay your outstanding premiums.
