Will premium recovery measures for MediShield Life include chasing the next of kin?

Premium recovery measures will not be levied on the next of kin. Members are responsible for their own MediShield Life premiums.
 
The Government will implement measures such as imposition of interest and penalty on outstanding premiums on members who default premium payments repeatedly.
