Additional Premium Support (APS) is provided to members who have insufficient MediSave and limited family support to pay their outstanding premiums.

The Government will pay your/your child's outstanding and future premiums at the point of APS qualification for the next two years. Hence, there is no refund of any outstanding premiums recovered prior to your APS qualification.
