If I have renounced my Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Resident status, is CPF Board authorised to recover my outstanding premiums from my CPF savings?

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) will carry out enforcement actions on members with outstanding premiums. This includes the imposition of compounded interest of 4% and penalties of up to 17% on your outstanding premiums. IRAS will also appoint agents, such as CPF Board and banks, to recover your outstanding premiums from your CPF savings or bank accounts.
