You can view your healthcare payments and claims details (containing information such as the name of patient, hospital registration number (HRN), hospitalisation period, etc), with transaction dates within the last 15 months at cpf.gov.sg/healthcare.

 

Please follow these steps:

 

1. Login to your Healthcare dashboard under my cpf digital services with your Singpass

 

2. Proceed to 'Latest healthcare payments and claims' and select 'View past 15 months'

 

3. Select the period you require and click 'Search'.

 

4. Select the PDF icon at the top-right-hand corner of the page to save/print the statement.

Please note that you need not provide hardcopy healthcare payments and claims statement to make a reimbursement claim. If your insurer or employer requires such a statement, they should accept a digital copy.
