Is there a maximum amount that I can save in my MediSave Account?

You can save up to the prevailing Basic Healthcare Sum (BHS) in your MediSave Account (MA) if you have not turned age 65. It is the maximum amount you can hold in your MA.
 
From 1 January 2026, the BHS is $79,000 for all CPF members aged 65 years and below. The BHS applicable to you will be adjusted yearly to keep pace with rising healthcare consumption until you turn age 65. For example, if you are aged 65 years old in 2026, your applicable BHS will be fixed at $79,000 for the rest of your life. The table below summarises the BHS for each cohort that turned aged 65 in the respective years:
