My family member has passed on and was covered under the Home Protection Scheme (HPS). As the next-of-kin, how do I claim the HPS benefits?

Once the Board is notified of the member’s death by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), we will automatically assess the deceased’s claim eligibility.

CPF Board will inform the co-owner(s) or next-of-kin of the outcome and if additional information is required.

When the claim is approved, the outstanding loan will be paid directly to the mortgagee.
