Why is the Home Protection Scheme premium not refundable if I did not make a claim?
Home Protection Scheme (HPS) premiums paid for past policy years are not refundable. This is because you have received insurance protection during the period of cover and would have been eligible to receive the HPS benefits in the event of a claim.
