The Home Protection Scheme (HPS) charges a level premium rate (i.e. same amount annually throughout the policy term). This means that you pay the same annual premium throughout 90% of your HPS coverage period. You can find the premium amount on your HPS certificate, which was sent to you when the HPS cover was first issued to you.

 

Your HPS premium is deducted from your CPF Ordinary Account every year during your policy anniversary month. You can also check the premium payable by viewing the previous premium deductions online using your Singpass or from the Yearly Statement of Account.
