What will happen to my Home Protection Scheme cover if I do not pay the annual premium?

Updated by CPF
If you do not pay the annual premium for your Home Protection Scheme (HPS), your coverage will lapse and you will no longer be protected by HPS. This means that in the unfortunate event of death, terminal illness, or total permanent disability, you will not be able to make a claim under HPS.

You will need to reapply for an HPS cover if you wish to be covered under HPS in future. However, please note that your eligibility for the new HPS cover will be subject to approval and you being in good health at the time of application.

It is important to ensure that your HPS premiums are paid on time to avoid any lapse in coverage.
