To top-up the Home Protection Scheme premium shortfall via PayNow QR, you would need to submit an online application and make payment by scanning the PayNow QR code with your PayNow participating bank’s app.

Setting Up PayNow
If you do not have PayNow, you can easily register for it through your preferred banking platforms. Please refer to the following guides:

For guidance on setting up PayNow for other banks, please visit your bank's website or contact them directly for assistance.

Top-up Instructions
Upon the submission of the online application, a unique PayNow QR code will be generated. To complete your payment, please scan the PayNow QR code using any PayNow-participating banking app, or save the QR code on your device and upload it into the banking or payment app by the end of the day.

It is important that you do this before the QR code expires at the end of the day that you submit your top-up application. Your application will be automatically rejected if payment is not received by then. Once the QR code expires, you would need to submit a new application which would come with a new QR code.
