My co-owner and I each applied for 50% Home Protection Scheme (HPS) coverage. What should I do if my co-owner's HPS cover is rejected due to health reasons?

If your co-owner's Home Protection Scheme (HPS) cover is rejected due to health reasons, you are encouraged to increase your HPS share of cover to 100% of the outstanding housing loan. This will ensure that the total outstanding loan is fully covered by HPS. However, please note that any increase in HPS cover is subject to approval and you being in good health. It is important to ensure that your home loan is adequately covered by HPS.
