If you are planning to sell or transfer your property, there are a few matters you need to complete beforehand. The steps you need to take depend on the type of property you own.

 

 

You will need to check with HDB to see if you are eligible to sell or transfer your flat. Once you have received their consent, either HDB or your lawyer (if you have one) will check with the Board on the amount, if any, that needs to be refunded to your CPF account.
