I do not have enough funds in my CPF Ordinary Accounts (OA) for my housing instalment payment because my CPF contributions are credited after the instalment deduction date. What should I do?

The monthly instalment deduction date is fixed for all CPF members. If your CPF contributions are always credited after the deduction date, you may consider making a cash payment for one month's instalment. This will ensure that there are sufficient funds in your OA for subsequent months’ instalment payments.
