Changing your housing monthly deduction depends on the type of loan you have taken.

 

 

There are two ways for you to make changes to your housing monthly repayment arrangement.

 

1. Submit an online application under Apply or Change CPF Payment for Housing Loan or Upgrading Cost at HDB’s website with your Singpass. Your application will be processed generally within three working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB.
   
   
2. Complete the CPF withdrawal form (PHS9) at HDB Branch. Please note that services at HDB office and Branches are by appointment only. If you wish to visit a HDB Branch, you can book an appointment via the e-Appointment system. Your application will be processed within three to five working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB.

 

You can change your housing monthly deduction amount by submitting an online application with your Singpass.

 

Please submit your application at least five working days before monthly instalment deduction date.
