How can I withdraw my Retirement Account savings via property pledging?

Members who wish to withdraw their Retirement Account savings via property pledging are required to make an appointment to visit CPF Service Centre. Our customer service officers will assist you in submitting your application over the counter.
 
If your property is co-owned, all co-owners must be present at the Service Centre. Our customer service officers will assist the co-owners in submitting the co-owner consent form during the visit.
 
Please bring along the following supporting documents:
 
If you intend to pledge your HDBIf you intend to pledge your private property
  1. HDB flat details
  2. HDB financial information#
  3. Latest Statement of Account for mortgage loan# (For bank loans only)
Note:  #You can obtain items 2 and 3 from "My HDBpage" via HDB's website.
  1. You and your co-owner(s)’ NRIC
  2. Letter of consent from bank/financial institution, allowing CPF Board to lodge a Charge on your private property (for properties with outstanding loan)
