How long does it take to process the application for withdrawal of my CPF savings and for the monies to be paid to my bank account?
The service standards to process your withdrawal application are stated in the table below:

PayNow NRIC-linked bank account: Once you have updated your registered bank account with CPF Board to your PayNow NRIC-linked bank account via Account settings and completed the 12-hour cooling period, the payment is generally immediate upon the submission of your online withdrawal application Other bank accounts: Generally up to five working days after date of submission |
| Withdrawal of Retirement Account savings with HDB/private property pledge | Generally up to seven working days after date of submission/charge has been lodged |
Members whose applications require additional verification checks (e.g. members with outstanding tax liabilities and/or pending information from our service partners) will have longer processing time and will not be able to withdraw their CPF savings via PayNow.
