You can only cancel your CPF LIFE plan if you are withdrawing your CPF savings for the following reasons.

 

• You have a reduced life expectancy due to a medical condition, as certified by an accredited doctor. Severe medical conditions that cause you to be permanently unfit for work or to lack mental capacity permanently can also be considered.
  
  
• You have closed your CPF account as you are a non-Singapore Citizen or a non-Permanent Resident.
  
  
• You are fully exempted from setting aside the retirement sum in your Retirement Account because you are receiving a monthly pension / annuity payout.

 

Upon cancellation of your CPF LIFE plan, you will receive a refund of your CPF LIFE premium balance. If your CPF LIFE premium has been fully paid to you as monthly payouts, there will be no remaining premium balance to refund.
