How can I submit my instructions on CPF LIFE monthly payouts?

You can submit your instructions on CPF LIFE monthly payouts via Plan my monthly payouts service.
 
If you are an existing CPF LIFE member
You do not need to apply to start your monthly payouts as it will be automatically paid to you from the month you turn 65. However, if you wish to make changes to your payout (e.g. defer payouts or start your payout now as you had previously deferred), you can do so via Plan my monthly payouts service. Please note that you can only defer your CPF LIFE monthly payout up to age 70.
