In considering the inclusion of shares under the CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS), the Board uses the following criteria:

  1. The shares are offered by a company that is incorporated in Singapore;
  2. The shares are listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard as primary listing; (The shares are not new Catalist shares or shares transferred from SGX Main Board to Catalist except for former SESDAQ shares. Please refer to the FAQs on Transformation of SESDAQ to Catalist for details.)
  3. The shares are traded in Singapore Dollars;
  4. The company allows Agent Banks to appoint all CPF shareholders of the company as proxies to attend and vote at meetings; and
  5. The shares are not placed in the SGX watch-list.

You can refer to the SGX website for the list of shares included under the CPFIS.
