If I previously withdrew from my Retirement Account by pledging my property, what happens to my pledged property after I make a voluntary housing refund?
You will need to refund the amount you previously pledged if the voluntary housing refund is not enough to meet the Full Retirement Sum in your Retirement Account. You can check the amount you need to refund in the “What happens if” section on your Home ownership dashboard.
